Norma Jean Suarez is a strategic, relational executive with over 20 years of transformative leadership experience across nonprofit development, organizational strategy, and community health.
She has secured millions in grant funding, launched high-impact initiatives, and helped organizations build sustainable operational systems that drive measurable community outcomes.
Norma Jean holds both an MBA and MA in Counseling from Webster University and actively serves within multiple community organizations, ensuring her consulting work remains grounded in meaningful local impact.
